Our products use minimally processed, non-deodorized organic butters and oils, like mango butter, cocoa butter, and essential oils, which naturally retain their original scents. These stronger natural aromas reflect the purity and quality of the ingredients, free from synthetic fragrances or chemical masking agents. This ensures you’re getting the most authentic and nutrient-rich skincare experience possible.
Do you test your products on animals?

Absolutely not! All Root of All Well products are cruelty-free. We never test on animals and only partner with suppliers who share our commitment to ethical practices.
How should I store Root Of All Well skincare products?

To maintain the freshness of our natural formulations, we recommend storing our products in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

Warmer months we recommend storing in the fridge.
Do your products contain preservatives?

Our dark amber glass bottles serve a dual purpose: they protect the contents from harmful UV rays, which can degrade the potency of the ingredients. Additionally, vitamin E oil, a natural antioxidant, is included in our formulations to help preserve the freshness and stability of the oils and butters, preventing oxidation and prolonging the shelf life of our products without the need for synthetic chemicals.

We use amber glass jars and bottles to protect our products from light and preserve their potency. Our packaging is eco-friendly and recyclable to minimize environmental impact.
How long do your products last?

Our products are made fresh in small batches, and most have a shelf life of 12-24 months. Depending on how it is stored.

Anti-Aging Face Serum

Can I return or exchange a product?

We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. I live in a warm area. Will my products melt?

Our oil- and butter-based products are free from synthetic stabilizers and chemicals, so they may soften or melt when exposed to high temperatures. If this happens, don’t worry your product will remain just as effective. Simply place it in a cooler environment or refrigerate it, and it will return to its original texture without losing any of its nourishing properties.

For customers in warmer climates, we recommend retrieving your package as soon as possible after delivery to minimize exposure to heat.
